I have a passion to help others achieve their development goals and career aspirations. This is the reason I have been an L&D professional for most of my career. Apprenticeships  was an ideal vehicle for me to ensure individuals were and still able to reach those goals.

My mission is simple. I want others to be the very best in what ever industry they choose to follow. As an Assessor, I have a duty not only to uphold the apprenticeship standards, but to also ensure individuals are give a fair, unbiased and impartial assessment. My goal is to cerebrate their success that hopefully leads to a great assessment experience.
